Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity.

 

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase agreement is concluded with Friedenmeer.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the order button for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

 

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in written form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Delivery Conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Further details on any applicable shipping costs can be found in the offers.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

 

5. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available:

Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

PayPal may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered and selectively chosen PayPal customers based on its own criteria. However, we have no influence on the provision of these methods; any additional individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.

Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay feature, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information will be provided during the ordering process.

Klarna
In collaboration with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise specified below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information will be provided for each payment option and during the order process.

Purchase on Account via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 30 days after the goods are shipped and the invoice is received.

Klarna Credit Card
During the order process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. No address and credit check will be conducted.

Klarna Direct Debit
You grant Klarna a SEPA direct debit mandate. Klarna will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called Prenotification). The account will be debited after the goods are shipped.

Installment Purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment amount is 6.95 euros.

 

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

7.2 Guarantees and Customer Service

8. Liability
We are always liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents without limitation:

In case of injury to life, body, or health,
In case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
Under guarantee promises, if agreed upon, or
To the extent that the scope of the Product Liability Act is applicable.
In the case of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), caused by slight negligence on our part, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage that typically must be expected to occur at the time of contract conclusion.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

 

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
