Refund Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FRIEDENMEER, c/o ninetynineproblems UG (limited liability), Münsterstr. 55a, 44534 Lünen, Germany, support@friedenmeer.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement on our website. If you use this option, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Refund
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract through a loan and later revoke it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are your loan provider at the same time or if your loan provider uses our cooperation in financing. If the loan has already been transferred to us when the revocation takes effect, your loan provider enters into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the revocation or return. This does not apply if the present contract is the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives).
If you want to avoid a contractual obligation as much as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also revoke the loan agreement if you have a right of withdrawal for it.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return is made within Germany.
Return Labels
Without prejudice to your legal rights, we provide you with free return labels for your return. Log in to your customer account and print out the return label. We will send you the return label by email. To do this, we will provide you with a link to a return label. You can drop off the return at a parcel shop.
Underwear garments
Please note that we do not accept returns on any underwear garments.
