When can I expect the delivery of my order?

The estimated delivery time for your order will be provided in the order overview and in the order confirmation email. However, this time may vary depending on the selected items and the chosen shipping method.

Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?

Please allow us some time to prepare your order for shipping. Typically, we dispatch orders within 48 hours, but sometimes it may take a bit longer.

Can I still change when and how my package will be delivered?

Yes, that is possible. Our shipping partners DHL and DHL Express will always send you an email for package notification, through which you can change your preferred delivery location (e.g., a parcel shop) or the delivery day.

What happens if I'm not at home during the first delivery attempt?

If you are not at home when the delivery person comes by, the package will usually be left with a neighbor or at a nearby branch. You can track this through the shipment tracking. In some cases, a second delivery attempt may be made.

I still haven't received any notification that my package has arrived. What should I do?

Please check the shipment tracking to see if the package has been left with a neighbor. If that's not the case and the shipping status has not changed for 5 days, please contact us - you can find our contact information below.
